Patient: "Doc, you gotta help me!"
Therapist: "What seems to be the problem?"
Patient: "I've lost my ability to say, 'Some..someb...' - ah crap, I can't say it!"
He grabs a pad, scribbles furiously, shoves it at the doctor, who reads.
Therapist: "'Somebody should do something' - You can't say that anymore?"
Patient nods fearfully.
Therapist: "When did you realize that you could no longer say this...very useful phrase?"
Patient: "When I realized that I'M SOMEBODY!"
